getting javascript Uncaught TypeError:

fzdevJul 12 2021

I am fairly new to apex development.
I have a page which has a tab container.
First tab has read only items.
Second tab has a read only item and a test area.
I have a submit button, when I add a bit of text to the text are and hit submit i get the below error:
The text however gets committed to the database so all the processing seems to happen.
Not sure how to go about debugging this?
