getting "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no ocijdbc10 in java.library.path"

hi all,
I am getting
"java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no ocijdbc10 in java.library.path"[b[/u]]
exception while creating a connection pool using OCI Driver in the weblogic server.

[b]Please tell me where could I get this ocijdbc10 file.....
