This is the scenario:
DB: XE 21c
ORDS: Release 22.2
Actually ORDS is running in standalone mode.
A Tomcat 10 installation was made (tomcat 10, is it certity?) by another peer.
I just copied ords.war to webapps folder in tomcat:

I´m noticing I did not shutdown jetty server. Could this be the issue?
