I am trying to write a patient allergies, problem and vitals by using mirth connect. But I am getting below error.
ERROR MESSAGE: {"resourceType":"OperationOutcome","issue":[{"severity":"error","code":"conflict","details":{"text":"Current state of resource in conflict"}}]}
I tried to find the root cause. But I can't able to find it. Anyone help me to find this issue.
