Getting HTML error 404 on APEX ATP only from different networks

Jose M. RodriguezSep 16 2020 — edited Sep 18 2020

Hi all,

I am getting started with APEX on ATP, always free tier, and I am facing a weird issue for which I have not found any solution or troubleshooting guides.

So, the issue is that I have a brand new ATP instance with APEX. I was able to import a workspace and I was able to create a new one. Everything seems to be working fine except that when someone else in my company tries to access the APEX URL they get a 404 error message.

I tried my own laptop with different browsers, with new users with limited access and with administrator access. I am always getting to the APEX app from my laptop but none of my two colleagues get anything beyond the 404. In case it is of any relevance, we are not located in the same building, or country. We don't use a VPN, just direct Internet connection.

Being on an ATP instance I have a VNC in place with a private and a public subnet. I don't have any specific rules for APEX, while I do have one for allowing access to port 1521 to a database I have running in a VM instance.

Any ideas what may I be missing here? Any "Getting started" guide I may have not found?

Thank you all in advance.
