when trying to install oracle DB in oracle linux getting below error,(in OCI instance)

./runInstaller -ignorePrereq -waitforcompletion -silent -responseFile ${ORACLE_HOME}/install/response/db_install.rsp

error: /scratch/app/oracle/product/19.0.0/dbhome_1/perl/bin/perl: cannot execute binary file: Exec format error
