Getting Error ORA-1008 AND ora-02063.......Please reply ASAP

Hi All
I'm getting ORA-01008 ALL VARIABLES ARE NOT BOUND. I'm getting this error while trying to Select data from Remote datbase (Through a DB Link) and insert it into the local Database.
I'M DOING THIS THROGH A PACKAGE AND THE PROCEDURE IN THE PACKAGE HAS SOME PARAMETERS.
We are on 8.1.6 release. Anyone has any idea about these errors or any workaround for this. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
