Getting error "ORA-02395: exceeded call limit on IO usage"

Hi,

My database is running in 24 / 7 mode, i am using 9i on SPARK hardware, i am continiously getting this error "ORA-02395: exceeded call limit on IO usage", i have increazed the value of LOGICAL_READS_PER_CALL from 2500 to 10000, but the error is still exist, can anyone help me with this regard ? what i suppose to do now ???
