Getting Error "ls: 0653-341 The File...does not exist" during Agent11g Inst

Hello all,

I am trying to install the 11.1.0.1.0 Agent on AIX 6.1 using the Push method (Deployment from the console). At the installing stage of the installation milestones...I got an error message like this in the error file of the destination host:

ls: 0653-341 The file /u101/app/oracle//agent11g/cfgtoollogs/oui/ does not exist.
grep: 0652-033 Cannot open /u101/app/oracle//agent11g/cfgtoollogs/oui//.
grep: 0652-033 Cannot open /u101/app/oracle//agent11g/cfgtoollogs/oui//.

Please how can I resolve this issue? I need help to proceed. Every search prior to now has proved abortive.
