Getting error in interactive grid in APEX 21.2

I was using APEX 21.1 in my production server. When i moved my application to OCI (running now in APEX 21.2) i am getting some error in interactive grid those were not in my old server
I have written one DA in my interactive grid which working working fine in 21.1 but when moved to 21.2 i am getiing this error contineously.
Anyone can help why i am getting this error?
