Getting error: "Default Schema must be within Accessible Schemas." on apex.oraclecorp.com

Hello,

I am getting this error when I'm trying to create a new user on apex.oraclecorp.com - "FEEDBACK" workspace.

Same schema is selected for my account.

Any idea why ?
