Getting error code 4001 in workspace

Hi,

The following error is displayed when i tried to open interactive reporting document (.bqy) in workspace.

The Interactive Reporting Service cannot be acquired.
Error Code: 4001

I logged into workspace as a user who has full control access to files

Can any one please help how to resolve this issue.
