Getting errcode 24391, but errstr is ORA-00000: normal, successful

Hi,
I have a client of 10.1.0.2.0 running on Windows XP, and a server 8.1.7.4.0 running on Solaris. I call OCIStmtExecute, and wind up with this error. This code works great on other server versions (9.2, 10.1.0).
I saw the error mentioned on the forum before with 9.2, but I have a 10.1.0.2.0 client.
