Getting date from varchar

Greetings,

I need to convert column varchar to date. Data in column is in this mask, 1002 where first two char is year and last two are month.


I need to add and the day which will be always 01.

So if data in column is 1908 I need to get 01.08.2019 .

How will i extract this type of yymm to 01.mm.yyyy ?
