Getting connection refused error while running application on android

Hi,

i made an application in oracle adf consuming web service and then deployed in emulator . integrated weblogic server is running fine and web service is also running but while getting data in android emulator it is giving following error .

can not connect to 127.0.0.1 on port 7101 connection refused

Please help!!!
