Getting Blank RowImpl class while extending VO

Hello,

I am getting a blank rowImpl class while extending VO.

I have already checked generate java files for rowimpl, but still not getting the rowImpl class.

Can any one please help me on this . I am stucked in between and not able to proceed further.
