getting below error in query command to access sql server from oracle

Dear all,

I am getting below issue

ORA-28510: heterogeneous database link initialization failed

ORA-28508: invalid value [silowbservo]/tcp:silowbservo,65000/UMLEWISDB.MDF for Heterogeneous Services initialization parameter HS_FDS_CONNECT_INFO

ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from WBNWMN

Kindly update me the solution, even i tried with port 65000 then it give too many argument error.
