Getting ADP ClassLoader failed to load Error

Hi,
I created a small adapter but i am getting below error:

Response: ADP ClassLoader failed to load: com.xxx.Exchange
Response Description: Unknown response received
Notes:

Error Details
Setting task status... "ADP ClassLoader failed to load: com.xxx.Exchange" does not correspond to a known Response Code. Using "UNKNOWN".

Does anybody has encountered such error in past. Please help me in this regard.
