Getting a blank radio button in Apex 5.1

Hello,

I am using Apex 5.1. I created a radio button using a shared component.

The values are Yes, No and Opted Out.

When this Radio button group appears on the page, there is an extra blank value.

In 5.0 - I think there was an option to display blank values. How do I remove the blank radio button value.
