Getting 2 errors: 00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-01882: timezone region not foun

Hello,
During connection, I got this error in Oracle Developer Tools for VS Code:
00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-01882: timezone region not found
Where is the option to set the timezone of a connection like :
oracle.jdbc.timezoneAsRegion=false
