Get week of year, actual week and last week number - OBIEE 11.1.1.6.9

Hi, I have OBIEE 11.1.1.6.9 on analysis, I need get actual week of year and preview week of year to get table and alway sync when deploy report on pdf, because I need change each week filter on variable.

On column / operator / values 1;2:3

If possible some query to get on filter variable.
