get the second last occurrence of character

Hi

I want to get the second last occurrence of "_" from the following string and then take the 3 characters before this.
Does anyone know how to do it in a simple query?

The string is

ALS_AKM-G-2500_BASED_pre_paid_akm_mis_stv1
