Get the entire "create view" from metadata

How can I get the entire "Create View" command from the metadata tables? I need it beginning with the word "CREATE". I already get it beginning with the "SELECT" word.

The "Toad" DB client show the entire CREATE VIEW commands. Since it does I think that the information is available somewhere.
