Get Started with Oracle Database 11g Express Edition Icon

Hello Group,

I recently install the product under Linux Mint so when I tried to use the icon "Get Started with Oracle Database 11g Express Edition" under All applications and Other, the browser open at http://localhost:8080/apex/f?p=4950 and we received the following message

Error	Error processing request.
		ORA-01403: no data found

OK

Could you please help us with this issue
