Hi. I installed Oracle Express 11g and when I clicked the shortcut it says: "Windows cannot find the 'http://127.0.0.1:%HTTPPORT%"/apex/f?p=4950'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."

I already read a discussion about this error and most of the answers are to change the HTTPPORT to 8080, I already did that but the page cannot be found. Also, the url in the properties of Get Started has a 8080 in it. Can you please help?
