Workflow or API calls:
Trying to answer for client process behind Get/Patient search when bundle list of patients are returned and multiple patients match the patient query parameters (which we use family, given, dob). Assessing impact to their operational workflow for reconciliation of patient records.
Our current workflow upon appointment scheduling:
- Get/Patient = sending family, given, dob
- Oracle response returns bundle list (Does Oracle have an ordering, weighted process, or algorithm of how that bundled list is returned?)
- If match, we will use Post/Appointment with returned patient id
- If no match, we will use Post/Patient > Get/Patient for id > Post/Appointment with returned patient id
