Get Number of Days in Month and in Year

Hi all,

I'm using OBIEE 11g. I have a dashboard prompt for year (2010, 2011, etc) and month (Jan, Feb, ..., Dec). How do I get the number of days in a particular month and in a particular year in my report?

For example, if I choose Jan & 2011, I would get 31 and 356. And if I choose Feb & 2011, I would get 28 and 356.
