Get file from TSM with RMAN

Database 11gR1, Linux 5

I would like to copy files that are stored into Tivoli Tape device into a File system.
Does Rman provide some command to do this?

The objective is to get all the files usefull to do a restore with a DATE as parameter.
For exemple: Restore database with yesterday backup.
