Get Excel Sheet Name through OLE2 Built in

Hi All,

I have used Ole2 built in for pushing data from forms to excel and viceversa. However i need to get the excel sheet name while traversing through various sheets. Also how to set the name for a excel sheet if i am traversing more than 3 sheets.
