Get Error 404 when open the workspace

Dear All,

I install and deploy 11.1.2.4 on my testing machine. Using the default option, I don't have OHS installed, and "Deploy to Application Server: Oracle WebLogic" with the option "Deploy the Java web applications in to a single managed server". All ports are setup 9000 as default.

Everything goes well during the EPM configuration. However, I get error 404 when I try to open the workspace webpage.

Does any guy kindly have an idea what should I look at to solve this?
