"Get Daily Interval Usage" Calculation Rule

A "Get Daily Interval Usage" Calculation Rule is required to calculate usage for billing. It is commonly required for complex billing and currently does not exist.

It is required to calculate Sum/Min/Max/Avg of the daily peak and store it on a usage transaction.
