Get Current Time in Eastern Time Zone

Hi,

I would like to fetch the current time but in ET timezone (and also i want to handle
daylight thing automatically).

So can anyone tell me on this .

Requirement is to fetch value in ET timezone even your db resides in India or Canada or Germany.
