Get Client IP in Apex 5.0

Hello Everybody,

I hope all is well.

1) I hope to find a way to audit the client real IP which did some task (e.g. visit certain page).

Methods such the following is giving the IP of the server in other country not of the client country

2) Is there a way to force the user of my Apex application to allow Location Detection (GPS)

I would appreciate any help.
