Get Blob data from DB2

Hello,

I'm trying to get data from a column of type BLOB. However BLOB format is not supported by connectors in OIM. I've been readinf connector documentation and I've read that format providers convert the format of data fetched by the Database Application Tables Reconciliation Provider into a format supported by OIM. The question is, can I modify this format provider??
