get balance from an EMV card

Hi everyone!

I need to get the purse balance from EMV card. I've read the specifications from http://www.emvco.com
specifically EMV Common Payment Application Specification. I presume it is related to Accumulator x Balance. I tried many ways to access this data, but Iit didn't work, Can Anyone help me?

I don't mind answers in Italian,Spanish or English
