Get and insert into table a text from file

Hi everyone!
I need to create a page in Oracle Apex that takes a cvs or txt file and insert the content into table.
I can insert file in EBA_DEMO_FILES, but the column FILE_BLOB allways stay unsupported data type
Does anyone have any ideia what i can do ?
