Get All table Names from Cach� (InterSystems)

Hello everyone!

I'd try to do a litle JDBC App that connects to Intersystems Cach� Database.
I can allready establish a JDBC Connection to the Database and the given Namespace.
Now i'm wondering how to get all table and view Names from a certein Database. Is there any "magical" SQL statement to do this - or any other thing?
