ges inquiry response

Hi all,

Good morning, I get blocking issues off and on in our cluster RAC database. I went through the AWR and ASH and found out that "GES Inquiry Response" are causing the blocking. We are in WIN 2008R2, 64bit, 2-nodes RAC clusters. I googled for ges inquiry response but i did not get any documentation. Could any one tell me what it Ges inquiry response and how i can tune it? Thanks.
