german keyboard with Solaris10 on TOSHIBA laptop

I installed Solaris 10 x86 on a TOSHIBA TECRA laptop with german keyboard layout. But the german keyboard layout is not recognised.
Both in command line mode and under CDE the standard UNIX keyboard layout is used.
How can I change the keyboard layout settings?
