I followed this article:

and have generative ai setup with a trial key from cohere. Each time I go to use the AI assistant however, I receive this error:
I am not finding any solution to this. Is it something with my setup? For context, Apex is running off an AWS EC2 instance with an enterprise Oracle 19c database.
