Generating sample .xml file for outbound transaction.

Hi All,
I tried to use the .xml file which I got by analyzing the .dat file in Oracle document editor, as a input file in outbound transactions.
But then I landed up in Data validation error in B2B reports.

Then I tried to use the one which I got from the result of inbound transaction, after changing the some important Ids. It worked.

I want to know what am I missing when generating the .xml file in Oracle doc editor?
