Generating KeyPair and Certificate dynamically in Keystore

Hi All,
I am new to Java Security APIs. I want to generate KeyPair and Certificate dynamically in Keystore. Just like what following command does,

keytool -genkey -keystore mySrvKeystore -keyalg RSA

Can anybody provide me any pointers related to this ?
