generate sql loader control file

Hi everybody
I´m trying to load into my database from a plain file, but i don´t have the control file to sql loader, my table has many rows and i need to create a correct control file to do this.
I wonder if any of you know a tool or maybe a script to generate the control file in order to do a slqloader???
please tell me if you know how to generate that file or maybe a way or tip to do it.
