generate csv of large volumes of data

Hi All,

This is more of a DESIGN suggestion. We have strange users. They are looking for data dumps going up to 40 MB file size.

They want output of hundreds of thousand of rows in csv saved somewhere so they can take to Access. How best do we provide this?

I want to generate csv file by running stored procedure from the back end and then save on another server. Also, this generation of data should be fast enough.

Can we have a utility/code utilizing utl_file package and bulk insert?

Any thoughts and suggestions??
