Generate C++ from IDL

I have C++ code which needs to have stubs generated from the IDL. When we used Visibroker there was an idl2cpp executable that did it. Now we are using Java 1.4.2_08. How do I generate the stubs from the IDL for C++?

Any help would be appreciated.
