generate a CAP file

I am Syeng Jang who learn Java Card Technology.
I tried to generate a CAP file using some sample codes.
However, I could not get a CAP file.
I use JavaCard 2.2 Development kit and JDK 1.4.
When I tried to convert to a CAP file, only EXP and JCA file was created
with following error message:

Assertion (precondition) [member != null] failed at:

Please, help me! I stuck here for 5 days.
