We are looking to create GL Journal approval rules which are cost center based.
The client has multiple cost centers and the rules are currently configured to be "Single type participant one in Parallel mode" rule set by which the first responder approves the JE. The approval gets routed to an approval group as required .
However, we want to also have a rule where if the JE is across different Cost centers, then multiple approval groups are triggered based on the cost center of each line and the journal does not get approved until approved by each cost center approval group concerned.
Our current setup looks such - could you please guide us if this above requirement can be configured and how we can go about doing it ?
