General Critical: job_controller server is not responding

After JES2004Q2 instalation, we are getting these errors in ~/data/log/default file:
[17/Oct/2004:02:25:00 +0300] smtp01 msprobe[19343]: General Critical: job_controller server is not responding
[17/Oct/2004:02:25:00 +0300] smtp01 msprobe[19343]: Stats Error: countermsg_create: createinstance_open(/opt/jes/messagingsrv/data/counter/counter, serverresponse, smtp) return 5
[17/Oct/2004:02:25:00 +0300] smtp01 msprobe[19343]: Stats Error: countermsg_create: createinstance_open(/opt/jes/messagingsrv/data/counter/counter, serverresponse, submit) return 5

Error repeats every 10 minutes.
Where to find error descriptions? Is there any manual?
What means code 'return 5'?
