GC11 Weblogic Server Throws "Incident (BEA-101020 [HTTP]) detected" Alerts

I have implemented GC11 on OEL 5.4 on IBM blades in high availability configurartion of two separate OMSs on two separate nodes (http through CISCO load balancer) which also serve as RAC 11gR2 nodes for the repository.

I keep seeing "Incident (BEA-101020 [HTTP]) detected " on the Alerts page in Grid Control console and have not made any headway in how to find out if this is a problem. The incidents give very little information beyond "Incident detected using watch rule "UncheckedException":".

How and where do I go to find out what is the problem? The ohs1.log is no help.
