GC Current block busy and GC CR BLOCK BUSY and Blocking

Hi All ,

I have been face Blocking issue when cr block and current block busy and transfer time is high. Major blocking came when its try to insert two tables like uw_loan_version which have 20 billion records and uw_applicant version which have 6 billion records. Oem graph for your ready reference.
